  5. UDO and its documentation are copyrighted by Dirk Hagedorn, Sundern,
  6. Germany.

  8. UDO is distributed as shareware and may be copied to third persons in
  9. a noncommercial way if all the following requirements are met:

  11.    o You have to copy the software with all and unchanged files.
  12.  
  13.    o You have to copy the software free of charge. Uploading UDO to a
  14.      noncommercial BBS or FTP server is allowed.
  15.  
  16.    o You aren't allowed to add files to the archives e.g.
  17.      advertisements for a BBS or for Public Domain series. You aren't
  18.      allowed to rename the archives or to to compress them with
  19.      another archiver.

  21.    o If you want to distribute UDO via Public Domain floppy discs you
  22.      may do this only if the price of a single floppy disc is lower
  23.      than 5 Pounds Sterling, 6 $US and 10 DM (or the same value in
  24.      another currency).

  26.    o If you want to distribute UDO via CD-ROM you may do this only, if
  27.      I, Dirk Hagedorn, will get a copy of this CD-ROM free of charge
  28.      and the if the CD-ROM will be published before December 31st
  29.      1997. I want to avoid that old versions of UDO are still copied
  30.      even if there are out of date. If you read this text 1998 or
  31.      later please contact me to get to know if there's a younger
  32.      version existing!
